Vegan Nuts Scone

100g 低筋面粉
20g 全麦粉
50ml 豆浆 或者 燕麦奶
6g 泡打粉
2茶匙 白糖
20ml 椰子油
坚果(核桃、腰果、开心果.....家里有什么坚果就可以用什么)

100g Cake Flour (low-gluten flour)
20g Whole wheat flour
50ml Soybean milk or Oat milk
6g baking powder
2 tp sugar
20ml Coconut Oil
Nuts (Any kind would do. Walnuts, Cashew or Pistachios, just use what you have. )
制作方法
Instructions
1.在一个大碗里将低筋面粉和全麦粉混合之后,在加入白糖和泡打粉混合均匀。
Mix cake flour and whole wheat flour in a big bowl and then add sugar and baking
powder, mix well.
2.在碗里加入椰子油(不用融化)、豆浆混合均匀成一个面团。
Add coconut oil (no need to melt it) and soybean milk into the bowl and mix well to make the dough.
3. 将坚果切碎一点,加入面团,揉均匀。
Chop the nuts and add into the dough, mix well.
4.将面团用擀面杖擀开再折叠,重复2-3次。在平均等份的小面团,大约10份。预热烤箱180°C/350°F.
Roll the dough and fold it in half, repeat this for 2-3 times. Cut the dough into even pieces (around 10 pcs) at the same time, preheat the oven to 180 °C/350°F..
5.将小面团揉成扁平的面饼形状。可以选择将坚果按在表面。
Make each piece into biscuit round shape. You can choose to take a nut and press it on top.
6.放入烤箱180°C/350°F烤20分钟。
Take it into oven and bake for 20min. (180°C/350°F. )
小贴士 Tips
1. 做为不太会烘培的人,这个纯素烘培食谱是我目前看到最简单的一个,时间也相对比较短。在口感方面因为没有用黄油牛奶,会是更干一点点的感觉,特别是在常温了之后,所以我也建议在刚刚烤出来的时候吃或者在吃的时候加热一下。
2.搭配的话沾着果酱或者腰果奶油是个不错的选择,我自己也喜欢在热咖啡或者热豆浆里dip一下也蛮好吃的。
