Perilla Leaf Pickle

3瓣 蒜

和蒜等量的姜

一汤勺 辣椒粉

一个 梨子

小葱

紫苏叶


3 cloves of garlic

Ginger (same amount as garlic)

1 ladle of chili powder

1 Pear 

Scallion

Perilla Leaf 

制作方法

Instructions

1.将紫苏叶洗干净,将叶干去掉,择为一片一片的。

  Wash each Perilla leaf, take the petiole part away.

2.将蒜末、姜、小葱、梨分别切成小块,然后一起加入搅拌机搅拌成酱,期间加入辣椒粉进行调味。

Cut garlic, ginger, scallion and pear into cubes, and put into mixer to make the sauce. Add chili powder to taste. 

3.把酱均匀地抹到每一张紫苏叶上,最后把酱汁全部倒入保鲜盒内。1-3小时后可以食用,可存入冰箱。

Spread the sauce on each clean perilla leaves, at the end pour all the sauce on perilla leaves. Marinated for  1-3 hours, and put into fridge. 

4.需要时将紫苏叶取出,切碎。热锅上加入米饭一起炒5-7分钟左右。根据需要可以添加需要的食材,比如鸡蛋。 

Take the pickle, chop the leaves. Add to the pan and then add rice to stir-fry about 5-7 mins. You can add fried egg or veggies based on whats in the fridge.
