Instructions
1.预热烤箱至180°C/350°F。Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F.
2.将低筋面粉和小苏打混合在一个大碗里搅拌均匀。Add flour and baking soda to one bowl and mix well.
3.在另一个大碗里将植物黄油和1-2勺糖(根据自己的口味适量添加),用打蛋器3-4分钟搅拌直到黄油和糖融合在一起。 In another bowl add vegan butter and 1-2 tps sugar (depends), whisk 3-4 mins until it is light.
4.在小碗里将亚麻粉和常温水搅拌均匀备用。将巧克力切碎放入另一个小碗备用。In a small bowl mix flaxseed meal with small amount of temperature water to combine. Chop the chocolate into chips put in a another bowl for later.
5.将2的大碗中加入3的黄油和4的亚麻籽粉揉成面团。再加入切碎的巧克力碎,搅拌均匀。Use the bowl from step 2, add butter and flaxseed in it, and mix into a dough.
6.将面团分为均匀的小球,用手微微压扁为饼干的形状,放在烤盘上180°C/350°F烤20-25分钟,拿出后放到常温食用。可以适量撒一些海盐增加风味。Cut the dough into even pieces and make it round shape, slightly press each pieces. Take it into oven and bake for 20-25 mins. Eat after it is cool down. You can also sprinkle some sea salt for better taste.
